One day, a local business man was working on his marketing plan and decided to offer a "Group Buy" special through one of the national group buying websites. To his surprise, none of them offered this service in the East Alabama area. Convinced that this would be a great service to our local consumers AND businesses, he moved forward to form "TigerSave".
