Payment Policy
Payment -
You must submit your payment information when you place your order. Depending on your payment type, we may authorize your payment and then not actually process it until the deal "tips." If the deal does not tip, the charge will not be processed.
Refunds -
If the payment type that you select requires that we process your payment at the time you place your order, we will issue a refund if the deal does not tip. Refund will be isued within 7 business days.
Your purchase of a TigerSave voucher is not refundable after your have printed your voucher. Prior to printing your voucher, you may request a refund by calling our office within 5 business days of your purchase. See our contact page for phone and contact information. Refunds may take up to 30 days while we verify that your voucher code has not been redeemed with the partner merchant.
